Return Policy

Returns

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the shipment date, excluding Final Sale items. Returned or exchanged items must be dropped off at the designated shipping facility within the 14-Day Return Period.
  • We will not accept returns for items that have been opened, includes outer plastic wraps damaged. Items must be in original package still intact to be accepted for returns or exchanges. iSeoulbeauty reserves the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above. In some cases, iSeoulbeauty might charge a cleaning/restocking fee.
  • In the event that you make a purchase during a promotion where the total discount you received is dependent on the grand total cost of the order (Buy More, Save More Sale) and you wish to return an item(s), then the discount you qualified for is subjected to change to a lower discount as dictated by the promotion. Refund will then be recalculated accordingly to reflect promotional terms.
  • Returns within United States, there is a $10 USD flat fee if you choose to use our discounted label. You may also choose to ship through your preferred shipping carriers at your own expense.
  • International customers shall be responsible for the return shipping cost, any duty and tax that occur when requesting return service. We are not able to refund any tax or duty charged by customs border office. You can choose to use our discounted international label at $18 flat shipping service or you also choose to ship through your preferred shipping carrier at your own expense. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify your return status of the approval or rejection.

When iSeoul Beauty accepted the return, your refund will be process and credit to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refund time frame may vary by bank and credit card provider. Please kindly contact your bank or credit card provider for more information.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at iseoulbeautycs@gmail.com for a confirmation and exchange detail.

Gifts
All item(s) was marked as a gift are intent to ship directly to gift receiver, the package will includes a gift receipt. If gift receiver is requesting return, iSeoul Beauty reserve the right to disclose the value. Refund will be process and credit to gift giver's original method of payment.

Shipping to Return and Exchange

Please return your item(s) along with a printed copy of your invoice so that we may trace the refund and credit back to your account. Please do not send your item(s) to manufacturer.
